La inflamación, el estrés oxidativo y el azúcar

Por muy dulce y acaramelado que sea, el azúcar acelera el envejecimiento de tus tejidos y promueve tu resistencia a la insulina, te inflama, te oxida, te «tuesta», pone en peligro la integridad de tus neuronas productoras de dopamina y encima… arenga el crecimiento del cáncer.
